Dogma
Nadia and her followers below the sea believe that most land dwellers are savages and that they are a threat to the well being of the ocean and as such have held feelings of dislike and anger towards them, which accounts for the storms and the danger of the ocean. Though they do understand that land dwellers need to use the waters for travel and goods and as such with offerings will give safe passage to those who are kind to the ocean.
Appearance
God Form: A strange being with a lithe and scaly body with a slightly feminine face and slithery hair.
Mortal Form: A woman who appears to be the woman of the viewer's dreams in a royal blue dress who has an incredibly pleasant voice. You can make a dc 30 will save to disbelieve or if you are not attracted to the female sex then you are not affected by the illusion magic, Those who disbelieve see an above average woman in a royal blue dress.
She may also appear as a 10-foot tall merfolk with battle armor and a trident. Her facial features are beautiful though mostly in a merfolk perspective.
Providence
She allows safe passage to those who earn her favor. Though she does give gifts such as the ability to breath underwater permanently, swim speed, swift winds, safe travels among the sea.
Those who risk her anger earn themselves: terrible storms, getting sucked into a whirlpool, getting drowned, tidal wave to shore towns, lost at sea.

Pesavia, The Great Underwater Steed
A seahorse crafted from the finest seafoam created by Nadia herself to be the fastest and all around best seahorse in the land. The horse is immortal and very intelligent. She serves Nadia herself whenever it can.
Lady of the Sea
When out at sea one can sometimes see a faint ghostly woman walking among the tides singing a beautiful song forlorn in nature. Her voice is haunting yet beautiful. Rarely she can be seen delivering messages, though often times she just roams the sea.
Veswyr, High Cleric of Nadia, Ruler of Nadzil
Nadia’s most devout and intelligent follower. She rules over Nadzil and the kingdom with a council of ten in what is essentially a theocracy. She wields a magical trident in which she was given to by Nadia herself.

Worshipers
Many of the worshipers come from many different areas, many are sailors hoping to keep in good graces with Nadia. While the other bunch of worshipers comes from the deepest reaches of the ocean of which the seafolk worship her as their god.
Obedience
Nadia rewards those who give an offering to her safer travel in her domain. Those who give her an offering costing about 5 gp in herbs get a +1 to profession sailing, swimming.

Temples and Shrines
Small churches can be found near docks where offerings can be made to the goddess herself. These churches are small buildings with windows open to the sea winds and doors open for any who wish to enter an altar that sits in the center of the room.
Large churches can be found underneath the ocean, they’re very open and have an altar in the center banners against the walls bearing her crest underwater incense lit around her altar.
Those who give the offering in a temple of Nadia gain a +3 to profession sailing, swimming and a decrease in danger while swimming or sailing in the ocean by one step.

A gigantic temple at the bottom of the sea in the city of Aziza.
Tidekeeper’s Temple
A large temple on the coast in the middle of no-where.
Grand Hall of Nadzil
A large temple built with the highest of her clerics and priests who rule over the kingdom who communicate with her over matters of the state.

The book contains various rituals and a short history of the sea.

Book of Nadia
A book that details the history from the birth of the god and the old rituals of Nadia.
Affects whoever reads the tome gives them the whirlpool maw elemental enhancement. It is lost somewhere in the ocean unfound.

A celebration in which various floats are paraded through the city and many offerings are made in hopes that Monsoon Season is less rough.
